Request for Adoption
[edit]Hi Versace1608. I have joined wikipedia last November and found it of great interest. I have edited many existing articles and also drafted articles from my side. I thought it would be helpful for me to ask for adoption to be guided in Wikipedia path to make valuable contribution in future with authors with great experience. I found you have decent experience from adopt a user page to take guidance from and learn. Looking forward to learn from you. Thanks. Gardenkur
Bruno Mars fluff
[edit]See here for the discussion about the excessive size of the Bruno Mars article and its over-the-top promotional content. -The Gnome (talk) 23:45, 15 March 2025 (UTC)
- From my understanding, copyedits were recently performed to the Bruno Mars article by a member of GUILD. I'm not sure if all of the info you removed was also omitted by the person who performed the copyedits. Anyways, I'll leave you and Mario to figure this out and reach consensus. I hope you two can remain civil and hopefully you do not accuse him of being a paid editor. I personally don't think he is. I just feel like he is a passionate fan of the singer. Outside of editing articles related to Bruno Mars, Mario has also reviewed articles against the GAC. Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 23:57, 15 March 2025 (UTC)
- The article is one of the most blatantly promotional texts on Wikipedia currently. If you so demand, we can go sentence by excruciating sentence. But I hope logic prevails and we don't. For anything more, I'll be in my own Talk Page. Take care. -The Gnome (talk) 00:02, 16 March 2025 (UTC)
Hello Versace1608
[edit]Hello Versace1608,
I hope you're doing well. I’ve written a Wikipedia article about MyJobMag and would love your help in getting it published. Since you’re experienced with Wikipedia’s guidelines, I was wondering if you could review my draft and assist with the publishing process. The article is currently available at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3AJodanmgmt%2Fsandbox&oldid=prev&diff=1281170338. If any improvements are needed, I’d be happy to make adjustments based on your guidance. I appreciate your time and help! Looking forward to your response.
Thank you. Jodanmgmt (talk) 09:21, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Jordanmgmt, thanks for reaching out to me. I am going to look at the MyJobMag draft in detail and gave you a response this weekend. Thank you and have a good day. Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 14:10, 19 March 2025 (UTC)

The Headies 2024
[edit]Hi Versace1608,
I watched The 17th Headies last night and have made several updates to the article. When you have the time, could you please review the changes to ensure everything is accurate and up to standard? I'd appreciate your feedback. Thank you! OsigbemheEJB (talk) 02:28, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Hi OsigbemheEJB, thanks for the message. Hope things are good on your end. I'll take a look at the article before the end of the week. Hope things are good on your end? Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 16:30, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Things are good on my end. No rush by the way. OsigbemheEJB (talk) 23:40, 29 April 2025 (UTC)
- Hi OsigbemheEJB, the article looks good. The only problem I have is that the top categories are not listed first. Readers have to scroll all the way down to see who won the Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year categories. I need to work on previous editions so hopefully there can be some uniformity when it comes to organizing the awards table. Versace1608 Wanna Talk? 15:30, 15 May 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the feedback. I understand what you mean about figuring out the best order, but my problem is I can't come up with an exact type of order since a lot of the other categories are pretty important too, like Best Recording of the Year or Songwriter of the Year. Do you think you could rank the categories by how important they are? For instance, some categories like Song of the Year or Album of the Year stand out in terms of importance, while others aren’t as big. If we can agree on a format for future editions, I’m happy to follow it. OsigbemheEJB (talk) 02:47, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
