Vagabonds! tells stories of journeys through Lagos, Nigeria, where worlds collide. This novel follows numerous characters–misfits, designers, sexual minorities, lovers, and seekers–who attempt to navigate through a town surrounded by supernatural forces. As they experience secret gatherings, nightclubs, and danger, these vagabonds are forced to confront their identities and transformations, revealing that to exist on their terms, despite being marginalized, is a radical declaration of self.

Vagabonds! is a novel written by Nigerian author Eloghosa Osunde. It was published on 15 March 2022 by Riverhead Books. The book is a compilation of short stories by the author that explore topics such as the patriarchy, corruption and LGBTQ life in Nigeria. It employs a unique approach by presenting the readers with a spirit guide named Tatafo that shows the stories as they take place in Èkó (Lagos).[1][2][3]
