Wierzch [vjɛʂx] (German: Deutsch Müllmen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Głogówek, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) west of Głogówek, 15 km (9 mi) east of Prudnik, and 37 km (23 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
The earliest record of the village comes from 1217.[2]
Since 2009, in addition to the official Polish language, German has also been recognized as an additional secondary language.[3]
