The Wright Eclipse Fusion was a articulated single-decker body of a bus. It had three-axles and it had a low floor. It was made from 1999 to 2005 by Wrightbus.
The Wright Eclipse Fusion body was built on the Volvo B7LA chassis.[1][2][3]
Operators
[change | change source]From 2000 to 2005, First Aberdeen and First West of England ordered 67 Wright Eclipse Fusions.
From 2000 to 2005, First Glasgow, First West Yorkshire and First Hampshire & Dorset[4] ordered 37 Wright Eclipse Fusions.
In 2000, Dublin Bus ordered 21 Wright Eclipse Fusions for services in Northern Ireland.[5]
In October 2001, 2 Wright Eclipse Fusions were sent from First Hampshire & Dorset to First London to operate a six-month trial on route 207.[6][2]
