Hukumar leken Asiri (CIA) wacce aka fi sani da Hukumar kuma a tarihi a matsayin kamfani, sabis ne na leken asiri na farar hula  na gwamnatin tarayya ta Amurka,[1] wanda aka ba da alhakin tattarawa, sarrafawa, da kuma nazarin bayanan tsaron ƙasa daga ko'ina cikin duniya,[2][3] da farko ta hanyar amfani da basirar ɗan adam (HUMINT) da aiwatar da ayyukan ɓoye ta hanyar Daraktan Ayyuka.[4] A matsayin babban memba na kungiyar Leken asirin kasar Amirka (IC),[5] CIA bayar da rahoto ga Daraktan Leken asirin kasa kuma ta fi mayar da hankali kan samar da bayanan sirri ga Shugaban da Majalisar zartaswar Amurka.[6][7]

Truman ya ƙirƙiri Ƙungiyar Leken asirin Central Intelligence a ƙarƙashin jagorancin Daraktan leken asirin ta Tsakiya ta umarnin shugaban ƙasa a ranar 22 ga Janairu, 1946,[8] kuma an canza wannan ƙungiyar zuwa Hukumar Leken Asiri ta Tsakiya ta aiwatar da Dokar Tsaro ta Ƙasa ta 1947.[9][10]
