In disclosure, I am currently creating a Wikipedia page for someone I knew in high school who has become a renowned Canadian artist. It is only fair that he receive public acknowledgement for his notability in this encyclopedia. No one else has stepped forward to do this, and while I have not been in touch with the artist for many years, I recently reached out to interview him for content. I have enlisted a panel of other people who know his work and are helping me develop a draft. Robb Dods:GYHASHAKE (talk) 16:36, 10 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Images provided by the owner/author/artist have been uploaded twice. I uploaded them the first time as the representative of the artist, with his permission. They were deleted. I tried to search for the deleted files to determine the 'why', but was unsuccessful. Therefore I asked the artist, David Clendining to up load them himself, which was done. It seems there is still debate by the reviewers as to their authenticity, so as of this date I have not re-edited the page to put the pictures back in until I have some idea that they will remain to be used. I hope to use them after a week has passed, which seems to be the timeframe when they were last deleted. Then I'll edit the page adding the pictures, if they remain. I would like to submit this page for review asap. GYHASHAKE (talk) 12:28, 2 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
