Robert Kelley Rausch (born September 4, 1998) is an American television personality, known for appearing as a contestant on the fifth and sixth seasons of the Peacock dating show Love Island USA in 2023 and 2024 and the fourth season of the reality competition series The Traitors, also from Peacock.
Life and career
[edit]Robert Kelley Rausch was born on September 4, 1998 in Florence, Alabama to Robert and Jennifer Rausch. Rausch's father is a globally-renowed photographer and luxury designer.[1][2] He has two sisters and a brother.[3] He also attended the University of North Alabama between 2017 and 2020.[4] Rausch is also an avid wildlife expert and snake wrangler, having first hand experience with reptiles and their habitats. He documents many of his adventures through social media, most notably through TikTok, where he has amassed over a million followers.
In August 2023, he entered the Love Island USA villa as part of the series' Casa Amor twist on Day 16.[5] He was one of six contestants vying for a spot in the main villa, however, he was not selected and was subsequently dumped on Day 21.[6][7] Rausch returned to the series in June 2024 as part of the original lineup of contestants.[8] He initially coupled up with Leah Kateb on Day 1 where the couple became popular with viewers. However, he broke things off with Kateb after Andrea Carmona entered the villa, which led to backlash from viewers and fans.[9][10][11] Rausch was labeled a "villain" by some media outlets for this decision.[12] After Carmona was dumped from the villa, Rausch pursued other connections, coupling up with Cassidy Laudano, Liv Walker, Daniela Ortiz-Rivera and Kassy Castillo, respectively.[13][14] After failing to find a meaningful connection, he was dumped from the villa on Day 30 after receiving the fewest votes to save from the public. Although he formed a close connection with Carmona, Rausch decided not to continue their relationship outside the villa.[15]
In June 2025, Rausch was announced to be part of the main cast of the reality competition series The Traitors for its fourth season.[16]
