Hello TheBirdShedTears.
I would like you to review Draft:Jaey Price
Rejection of draft
Hi Dear, you have recently rejected my Draft:Government Degree College No.02 Mardan because of unreliable sources. Whether the very first source for which you have already commented as "that is fine" is not enough. I just asking for clarification. Thanks Sultan Abdul sultan (talk) 03:29, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
- Sultan Abdul sultan, I referred to this source. You will need to provide good sourcing such as official website, newspapers, books, etc. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 03:34, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
Ok dear got it. I will try my best right now for providing more reliable citation to the page. Sultan Abdul sultan (talk) 03:36, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
Reasons for your rejection
Hello, TheBirdsShedTears
I’m sorry for this question, but I’m really confused by decline of my page about Ivan Riabchyi and I need of some support because there are articles about this person in French and Ukrainian Wikipedia; this person has four awards from French Embassy in Ukraine and more than 16 books of translation and non-fiction. In addition, I see now only one value judgement in my work – “he is one of the leading francophone translators in Ukraine”. And I can delete it if this action helps to publish the page.
Thank you 😊
Reasons for your rejection
Hi TheBirdsShedTears, the article Draft:Mohammed Aqra has been improved, more reference has been added including one on one interviews with very credible media, kindly review the references as in my opinion the article qualifies to be published on the mainstream and the reason given for a rejection is not valid, as the subject is not just passing mention. Thanks for your effort. Robschnell (talk) 15:02, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
- Robschnell, I have completed re-reviewing your draft and also posted a comment, please read. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 15:22, 11 September 2021 (UTC)

Thank you for your work here, and applying the notability tag. I have placed the 3R message on VenkatTL's page, and advised the other party not to go past 3 reverts. This is just an FYI, as I saw your message on Venkat TL's page. --Whiteguru (talk) 20:24, 19 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Whiteguru, @TheBirdsShedTears, You guys should see this first. User talk:TallMegan#Blocked as a sockpuppet Venkat TL (talk) 06:57, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
- Venkat TL, User:TallMegan is blocked, but this doesn't mean your article passes GNG. There is no connection between notability and sockpuppetry. You will need to establish notability. Please see talk page of the article in question. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 08:09, 22 October 2021 (UTC)

Request on 14:22:28, 2 November 2021 for assistance on AfC submission by Watercyclist

Thanks for your feedback on the proposed wikipedia page for the Rural Water Supply Network. Our sister-network, the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainable_Sanitation_Alliance does not appear to have significant third-party "Significant Coverage", so I'm struggling a bit to understand what the bar is here that needs to be cleared.
Watercyclist (talk) 14:22, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
- Watercyclist, Most of the sources are primary. Please see WP:IS. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 14:38, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
I have expanded the article, Draft:Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham by adding more content and references and kept it for re-review. Now the article has more information than the teaser release informations. Moreover the film is going to be released in a week. So I request you to kindly re-review the article and move it to the article space if possible. Sonal Mathew (talk) 11:20, 4 November 2021 (UTC)

Your opinion on Tulip Telecom
Hey, this is a company that was shut down [[1]] but it is written in a way that still promotes the company in good light. But, I think the company would be considered notable because there is coverage about it's journey. I nominated the founder for AFD. I wanted to move this to drafts but not sure if that's the right move since it is already reviewed. Please see what should be done here. Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 02:00, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
- Nomadicghumakkad, If you think it is a non-notable company, it should be taken to AfD than moving a ten years old article into draftspace. You may also discuss this issue with Eastmain who created this article. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 16:41, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
- I think the company is notable but the page is a mess and might deserve WP:TNT. Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 21:27, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
Regarding Sándor Belák's article rejection on July 20th
Hello TheBirdsShedTears,
On July 20th you wrote about this article:
Tagged with cn by reviewers, but issue is still present. Zero improvements. Either cite with reliable sources or remove any sourced material. We cannot accept poorly or unsourced biography of living people.
I understand. Sorry for the delay but due to circumstances (COVID-19, vacations etc) I was not able to deal with this matter before now. But now I have found a thorough and reliable reference of Sándor Belák in a recent Newsletter of the HUNGARIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES HUNGARIAN SCIENCE ABROAD PRESIDENTIAL COMMITTEE, where all facts are confirmed that are in the Wikipedia article. I have put this as a reference nr.3 in the article, which is bilingual in English-Hungarian. I have resubmitted the article. Hope this is good enough, if not, please come back to me.
Thanks for your consideration to this matter, yours --Fmasszi (talk) 15:02, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Hello,
You mentioned that local sportspersons are not usually approved, but I used several other fellow Pac-12 football players as a reference to an approved college football athlete's page. What is the difference between these pages? I believe that I had found multiple articles where the subject was the main focus in the article. Another fellow Cal football player that I used as a reference was Chase Garbers. Thank you for taking your time to review my request.

Questions about review of draft
Hi,
Thank you for reviewing my draft Draft:Developing Radio Partners. I was wondering what concerns you meant that you said weren't fixed. I changed a lot of the sources, adding new ones from various news outlets, most notably Reuters, and deleting a lot of citations that were to the organization's website, so I thought that would fix it. I'm not sure which specific previous comment you were referring to, but I thought I had addressed all of them. Thanks for the help! Noahpdoty (talk) 19:19, 18 November 2021 (UTC)
- @Noahpdoty:, It seems your draft fails WP:ORGCRITE. We do not accept drafts that are supported by interviews, trivial mentions and press release. And where is Reuters source? I don't see it in your draft. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 16:12, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for your response. Could you explain why you think it fails the requirement? I've read that page a few times and I'm not sure why you think it doesn't meet what it outlines. There is one interview with the founder of Developing Radio Partners, who is also a founder of National Public Radio in the US so I thought he would be a good source for an organization that focuses on radio journalism, though I only used this interview once to cite his work just prior to DRP's founding. There are no press releases or trivial mentions, all the articles cited are specifically about the organization and are from reliable sources such as Reuters, cited six times (9th on the list of references), Radio World, Health Policy Plus, Boston University, The Communication Initiative Network, and national news outlets and television broadcasters in Malawi like The Times Group, The Nation, and ZodiakTV. Could you possibly review the draft again please? Noahpdoty (talk) 19:00, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
Hi, I don't know if you saw this or not, but your help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you. Noahpdoty (talk) 19:15, 29 November 2021 (UTC)

Hi, just wondering if you've had a chance to see this. I'm not sure what you're requesting me to change, and I'm worried that if I do not make any changes before resubmitting it, it will get deleted or denied immediately. new submission of Clay Reynolds author page
Hi, there, I just wanted to let you know that I resubmitted the article you declined on author Clay Reynolds . Sorry for the delay. I tried to make the fixes you suggested. I also added a few more secondary sources. By the way, I learned that the wiki policy on verifiability does allow primary sources to be quoted and provides some rules that must be followed when doing so. In the Talk section on my submission I explain how my draft complies with this official Wikipedia policy. I don't know if you are supposed to review it again, so I am letting you know.

Patriyotlar
I see you didnt like the Article I created, so delete it please. I didnt want that this Article is a Draft, because it isnt.
I cant understand why you think this Article should be a Draft.
But, I havent the time or interest to a long lasting discussion about this Article.
So delete it. Thanky
--Nalanidil (talk) 18:00, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
- Nalanidil, Thanks for posting a message here. The article you created is good and i like this article. But unfortunately, it lacks reliable sources and therefore, i moved this to draftspace where you can improve your draft before it is moved back to mainspace. Also, YouTube and this source are unreliable sources. If you need further assistance or information regarding your draft, please leave me a message here or visit AfC help desk for advice offered by experienced editors. If you still want to delete your article, please add {{Db-author}} at the top of your draft. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 19:06, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
Also, what is being said in an article must be verifiable in reliable sources. A reliable source may be a newspaper, journal, academic research, official gazette/report, magazine etc. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 19:14, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
- @TheBirdsShedTears: You should also take note that an article already exists on the subject; Vallahades. Patriyotlar is simply the Turkish name for Vallahades. Demetrios1993 (talk) 04:04, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
I brought reliable sources, and i think it is important to say that the vallahades in turkey call themselves patriyotlar, and especially where they live today in turkey.
I brought all of this as sources that weren't suitable for you. Vallahades is the old name of this folk, given by the greeks at the Ottoman Empire, but since 1923 they have called themselves patriyotlar.

Hey TheBirdsShedTears,
Can you please suggest changes to this article in order to move this to mainspace. Thanks in Advance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tnc01997 (talk • contribs) 00:22, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
- Tnc01997, Your draft lacks notability and significant coverage. IPS officers are not notable. This is an international encyclopaedia, not a local directory. A subject may be notable if it qualifies WP:ANYBIO or WP:GNG. There are 1000s of IPS officers in India and therefore, we cannot host everyone's biography on Wikipedia. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 07:03, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
Sorry for not clarifying during AfD itself, it slipped through; but Itarsi Junction railway station is a much more qualified merge target than Itarsi itself. Do you think I can merge it there - sort of 'over-riding' the merge target in your closure - or do I have to take any particular steps before doing it? Hemanthah (talk) 06:54, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hemanthah, Diesel Loco Shed, Itarsi comes under Jabalpur railway division[2]. At the same, it is one of the diesel shed branches in Itarsi – Itarsi Junction railway station[3]. Jabalpur railway division is located in Jabalpur city while Itarsi railway division is located in Hoshangabad district.[4]. In my opinion, Itarsi seems a good destination page.[5]. Hoshangabad district and Jabalpur district are two different districts in Madhya Pradesh and therefore, Itarsi should be the target page. Also, Itarsi city is not a part of Jabalpur and none of the involved AfD participants indicated Itarsi Junction railway station. If you do not agree with my assessment, please see Wikipedia:Deletion review. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 07:33, 1 January 2022 (UTC)
- TheBirdsShedTears I'm very sorry if my request sounded as if I was questioning your closure; I tried hard not to even hint at any such and apparently I failed. It's completely my fault not to have spoken up during AfD. With that out of the way ...
- Itarsi Loco shed is next to Itarsi Junction station. I can see how the wording on current pages can lead you to think they are in different divisions. Some of it is even my fault (the links you point to are all from my edit). Indian Railway page lists both under Bhopal division, but there may have been some re-organization or newspapers are simply wrong about shed being in Jabalpur division. Itarsi Junction is indeed in Hoshangabad district since Itarsi is in that district, there is no Hoshangabad railway division as such. The fact that both Junction and shed have the same station code "ET" is another proof that they are same.
- This might be confusing for non-locals and the content itself isn't worth much bother. I thought of trying with quick talk page request, but I'll leave it to time. Hemanthah (talk) 08:29, 1 January 2022 (UTC)

MultiFAZE mechanism
Hello TheBirdsShedTears,
Thank you for looking at my draft.
It is indeed correct that the mechanism was invented by the author. But it is not new: the patent application was filed in 1982, before the Stiller-Smith engine was even thought of. Their appplication was filed just 5 months after mine was published. In their position they will have had ready access to patent information and will have found my application. They will then also have seen that I am a private person in a different country without access to the same information (no internet at that time), and therefore unlikely to notice their application and oppose it. Prof. Stiller in particular seems to have made a hobby of patenting things.
The people who falsely claim to have invented the mechanism will have been able to use their position to make a lot of money, win fame and enhance their reputation with presentations and the sale of technical papers - on the back of my invention. As an organisation that attaches great importance to the truth, Wikipedia will surely not want to continue or further this deceit in any way.
The fact that I am not a university professor and do not have access to engineering and research facilities and, above all, funds to build an engine myself and make it known around the world should not be a reason for Wikipedia to ignore the original invention. The SS-engine fulfills the criteria to be notable/noteworthy. But it is only a copy, so the original is surely even more noteworthy and therefore justifies an article in its own right.
The references you mention refer incorrectly to a „Stiller-Smith engine“. In reality, it is a MultiFAZE engine, because it uses the MultiFAZE gearing, which was already known at the time. Please therefore regard the references as referring to a MultiFAZE engine.
The article should be of interest to people who are interested in mechanical things, but also generally as an example of how the world sometimes works. I want to add a gallery of animations of further versions of the mechanism, once I have worked out how to get the best quality for the minimum megabytes. Any advice, constructive criticism, tips etc. you can give to improve the article would be greatly appreciated. Bryllig (talk) 01:25, 7 January 2022 (UTC)
