One of the most developed countries in the world

[edit]

In the Ba'athist section of the history. This seems like a little bit of hyperbole to me. 24.83.43.158 (talk) 00:55, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed this claim. Nikkimaria (talk) 01:05, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

typo

'The conflict, known as the Iraq War, it ended in 2011' should be 'The conflict, known as the Iraq War, ended in 2011' 185.127.206.11 (talk) 11:34, 15 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Jews as a religious minority

[edit]

The article claims "Most Iraqis are Muslim, with significant minorities include (...) Jews.

The article further claims a few hundred Jews live in Iraq in the Demographics section, which is outdated, as in 2021 officially only 4 Jews remain in the country.

The article should update the demographic number, and either remove Jews as a significant minority, or add Jews as a historical minority. 74.57.24.26 (talk) 18:27, 26 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

What is your source for that update? Nikkimaria (talk) 04:17, 27 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hussein ibn Ali's hyperlink is the wrong, Hussein Ali. Its Hussein bin Ali, the king of Hejaz, however, the article links too Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of Muhammad. Which means, in the article, the first king of Iraq is listed as his son...which would mean Hussein is having kids hundreds of years post mortum 2A00:23C8:8916:3901:3822:1902:316D:7103 (talk) 12:05, 26 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
