Proposing creation

[edit]

Mathias Siems is a legal scholar in the field of comparative corporate law, who has acquired notability as a scholar in this branch of law. I believe that adding a page about him would contribute to Wikipedia's coverage of living legal academics. As part of the contract that generates my conflict of interest, I have done my best to craft a page that describes his contribution with reference mostly to sources authored by others, and avoiding partiality and original research. • Comment: We need more sources about this individual (not papers/books by this individual) to establish notability. All the secondary coverage seems to be about the Comparative Law textbook. We might be able to have an article about the book, in that case, but an article about the person needs sources that are independent of the subject.
