Merge proposal

I propose merging Mazari (Emirati tribe) into Mazrui. I cited in the original Mazrui article the link between the Emirati and Omani Mazrui (as already seen in the gazetteer by lorimer) a merge would not cause any article-size or weighting problems in Bar.Puremarati (talk) 13:37, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose The Emirati tribe has a significant identity in its own right and stands as an Emirati social and political grouping. Mazrui is in any case incorrect as the title for the article as it is the singular of the tribal name. Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 15:19, 25 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
