- This proclamation (not executive order) is now published in the Federal Register, so the article can be moved to whatever name would appropriate. Not sure what the convention is on Wikipedia for proclamations, but the proclamation number is 10949, the FR document number is 2025-10669 and the FR citation is 90 FR 24497.
