Self-edited
[edit]For anyone wondering: Simu Liu tweeted this: "Wondering if it is safe to finally admit that I wrote my own Wikipedia article in 2015."
After someone joked about tagging it as COI and noticed that someone else had done it already, Simu clarified in a response: "Ok that’s incorrect the article today is totally not me anymore".

- It may have originally been self-edited, but the current revision bears little to no resemblance to the last known edit of the user Simu is claiming to have used. Transcendence (talk) 23:16, 7 August 2019 (UTC)
- The tweet claims to have done the deed in 2015, but the edit history shows this article was made in 2016. Tuckerscreator (talk) 20:41, 8 August 2019 (UTC)
- I doubt he checked the edit history of the article before he tweeted, haha. I agree it doesn't really bear much resemblance to the current article, though, and it's not as if the article is blatantly self-promotional in its current form. He's also certainly notable. He followed up and mentioned he was joking.

Reference for Filmography Incorrect
[edit]Sleeping Dogs reference links to Netflix/In Your Dreams reference. It should link to reference #45. I'm not well-vested in editing so I didn't risk trying. 69.195.28.61 (talk) 04:02, 31 May 2025 (UTC)
