His father,The Most Honorable John Brian Simpson was married to Roberta Roy,and they had 2 chodren, Debby Simpson,and Ward Simpson. They eventually divorced and Roberta remarried John"s cousin Kyffin,now Sir Kyffin and they had 3 children.
