Well, WP:REALNAME states Do not edit under a name that is likely to imply that you are (or are related to) a specific, identifiable person, unless it is your real name. Think that's pretty clear. Anyone can claim to be a representative of a well-known person, so such a claim would also require proof to satisfy this portion of the policy.
