With regret, I had to revert your edit to Business administration for three reasons:
- Your contribution, although logical and reasonable, reads as your personal opinion โ because you failed to provide any source information. You must WP:say where you got it.
- You deleted text that is supported by such evidence. That doesn't make it sacrosanct of course โ it is certainly permissible to replace it with better material, provided that it is properly supported. But if you delete cited content, your WP:edit summary must give a cogent reason.
- Per guideline WP:LEAD, the introduction to an article should be a summary of the article. It should not contain anything that is not amplified in the article. The purpose of lead sections is to give the essentials to a reader who does not have time to read the whole article. (The article as it stands has a uselessly short lead and tries to evade the guideline by having an "overview". That needs to change.)
I said "with regret" because the article is a mess and really needs to be rewritten or at least very heavily edited and developed. So please do not be discouraged: I suspect that you have the ability to do the reconstruction needed. (By the way, calling BA a "science" is controversial. It is rather more an art, or at least a social science. So evidence please. --๐๐๐ฝ (talk)

- Oh I know, I have all the citations, my intention really was to improve the whole article because as you said it is a mess. However the citation template is protected and didn't allow me to add information, so I didn't continue.
- I still made the edit, hoping that I would be allowed to add the sources later. If you know how I can fix that, I would appreciate it! Thanks anyway. Bisxby (talk) 13:14, 15 June 2025 (UTC)
