Information icon Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. [1] MrOllie (talk) 20:29, 10 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for helping me understand appropriate sources for Wikipedia content. I appreciate that Wikipedia is a trusted source of information and should be verifiable using reliable sources and inline citations. I have updated the previous source which is a blog article with verifiable information now cited inline throughout the content. Would you consider this content verifiable now and allow my to reference it as a valid citation? https://celticpestcontrol.com/the-timeless-role-of-cats-in-pest-control/ Buffhand (talk) 00:02, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
No. Business blogs and other forms of advertising are not usable citations for Wikipedia. MrOllie (talk) 00:06, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
