Hello,

I have deleted your article, because it provided no evidence that this person is notable, and was also entirely unreferenced (not to mention, not in English). You may be able to create an article on Eigi Kodaka, but I would suggest you put it through the AfC review process, as you did before, until such time as you are more familiar with our notability policies and referencing requirements.

Please bear in mind also that this is the English-language Wikipedia, and we can only accept content in English.
