Delete. Lacks even one reliable independent secondary source WP:RS as required by WP:GNG and WP:CORPDEPTH. Google searching suggests they probably don't exist. The sources provided are all WP:PRIMARY (published by the subject organization) and are not useful in establishing notability. Wikipedia is not for WP:PROMOTION.
