The result was keep per improvement Reputable sources added. Nom withdrawn. PeaceNT (talk) 02:28, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Was a speedy delete, but that was when the article was empty. It was expanded. There are claims to notability but I'm convinced that right now this band fails WP:MUSIC. h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 11:13, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete, "Maths Class like to refer to themselves as post: ironic, self-destructive, dada, alternative, disco, passport, office, swot, indie, pop, art, eagle, forty-two, en, apple, core." Uh-huh. Fail WP:MUSIC. Lankiveil (talk) 11:33, 5 January 2008 (UTC).[reply]
WeakKeep. Probably sufficient independent coverage for notability despite the lack of record releases. The AFD is incomplete, by the way - the article itself has not been tagged. The sentence quoted above by Lankiveil has been removed as it had been copied from another site. Article was brought to AFD within 40 minutes of the original author requesting more time to improve the article, which seems unnecessary haste.--Michig (talk) 12:01, 5 January 2008 (UTC) More coverage added - I feel this meets notability criteria now.--Michig (talk) 13:09, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- That was the failure of my WP:TW tool again. I have corrected this. This is clearly not a simple AfD, as there has been coverage in the media, so they're not just a self-published MySpace band. Having said that, I don't think they meet WP:MUSIC just yet.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 12:07, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Weak delete Almost there, but still needs more time. Will probally be notable enough in a few months. STORMTRACKER 94 12:41, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak Delete This article will be notable once the group release some work, there just amateurs at the moment though. Ferdia O'Brien (T)/(C) 14:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep agree with Michig, that there is enough coverage from notable indie rock sources (like Drowned in Sound and This is Fake DIY) And the fact the page was brought to AFD so quickly. Band also toured with notable acts and got a write-up by the BBC (who are as notable as things come) Doc Strange (talk) 18:58, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Nom withdrawn. I've re-read WP:MUSIC and this group quite easily meets criterion #1.-h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 04:07, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
