- Delete The article is from a different age. Over 20 years ago. If memory serves my single source for what is clearly a personal coinage by David Hackett Fischer in his tome Historians Fallacies Toward a Logic of Historical Thought and with hindsight is too novel a concept for a General Encyclopedia.
