- Well, I've verified duplication of some content, but for every text match I've been able to find, we are the point of first publication. This is a strange one, but it seems that the content was placed here by the author first, either directly or through a PhD student agent. Without some evidence of prior publication, I believe we should presume that the content is here legitimately.
