Wikipedia:Cleanup
The cleanup page is a place where articles with problems (ungrammatical, poorly formatted, confusing, etc.) can be listed. Any user can fix or list articles here. Feel free to make use of the Wikipedia:Cleanup resources.
Older cleanup: Category:Cleanup by month. Pages are archived by month, but are still in need of cleanup (or de-listing if they have already been cleaned up).

For more detailed information about this page, see Wikipedia:Cleanup process.
Just to let everyone know, there were 14,898 articles tagged for cleanup as of 20 June 2006. This means that we are working on 1.24% of English Wikipedia's articles. Most of these articles can be found under Category:Cleanup by month and are not listed below. Anything you can do to help clear the backlog would be greatly appreciated.
Oldest listings
- Please help reduce the size of this page by removing listings from previous months that have already been fixed. You may also remove listings that have not been fixed, as long as you move any outstanding comments to the article's talk page, and make sure that the article itself is still tagged for cleanup.
Other sorting methods
- To view articles by topic, see Wikipedia:Pages needing attention (currently being reorganized to include all articles tagged for cleanup)
- To view articles by type of problem, see Category:Wikipedia cleanup categories. (Not all articles classified by type of problem show up in the general cleanup queue.)

Role of women in religion Somewhat Non-POV: could be merged on development with Women as theological figures as the intro - or linked into Feminist theology User:Jackiespeel 18:08, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- When God Was a Woman Non-NPOV. Jackiespeel 18:08, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- March on Rome - needs general copyediting. It's currently two massive rambling paragraphs.
- 9/11 conspiracy theories - Needs to be shortened, and have the lists conformed. Also need to have 'bullshit' (i.e., nonsourced and highly opinionated statements) removed. Less than 10% of the statements have sources, even after checking the references at the bottom of the page.

- Ruben Iván Martínez Andrade - needs basic formatting, full sentences and sources. Is he a first division player and is any other type even notable? - Mgm|(talk) 10:37, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- Spring Valley, Washington, D.C.
- The section on the chemical weapons needs a little work. - bolesjohnb
- Dave Mustaine:
- This article is really hard to follow. Many of the sentences have multiple objects. There is no order to the paragraphs other than a chronological breeze through Dave's life. There are lots of facts, but none of it has context or meaning. 67.49.249.169 02:02, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- Use of death penalty worldwide:
- The following claim has been added to the article: "Federal law provides the death penalty for drug trafficking, although no prosecution has ever been brought under that provision." Could somebody verify existence of this law? See my comment at the talk page.
- The map (Image:DeathPenaltyWorldMap.JPG), as well as its Commons version (Image:Death Penalty World Map.png), is incorrect: Belarus did use capital punishment in 2004, and so it doesn't constitute a country abolitionist in practice. - Mike Rosoft 09:59, 27 June 2006 (UTC)
- Banasthali Vidyapith:
- Marking as an article which reads like an advertisement, particularly since it is -- it's based (with apparent permission) off the school's promotional brochure. Also, it has no links and is missing much of the standard information (like quality information on academic programs) one would expect from a university article. Likely needs someone from India or who is personally familiar with the institution to tackle it. - Beginning 01:02, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

- Women's suffrage - needs some polishing. Jackiespeel 17:27, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

- Gillian Lynne New article on notable subject. Plenty of material, but it needs organising and formatting.
- Primerica Old article that's in a constant edit war by critics and supporters. Some previous versions have excellent info, but wading through the history takes time. 72.139.184.107 13:45, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
- Narcissism (psychology), just decided to start adding citations and cleaning up a bit when I noticed that even the references in the text don't seem to match the text. I feel like I am looking at the tip of the iceberg and this article needs all the help it can get. There is an excellent section on the talkpage by User:Katana on reworking the article and to my mind the problem is all of that plus the fact that the existing text seems largely unreferenced or incorrectly referenced. Maybe a case for a total rewrite? It's an important page that should be retained and maintained to a far higher standard than this.--Zeraeph 22:31, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

- Horse Article is long, disorganized and unwieldy. Also contains material already created in related subtopics. Repeats itself in several places, sometimes contradicts itself--probably in part due to length. Needs serious reorganization. Too much for one person to work on alone, especially someone as new as myself, needs people with good Wikipedia editing skills to create some new articles, merge sections of this article with existing ones, maybe expand the disambiguation page. Or make suggestions on the Talk:Horse page. This page also has been having some minor problems with vandalism. Montanabw 18:46, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

- Cult film - the article used to be pretty good. Now, it's a total mess! (Ibaranoff24 19:06, 10 June 2006 (UTC)) - It should be better now. Someone should, however, have a second look at it (17:22, 24 June 2006 (UTC))
- Mundelein - "Also in 2005/2006 Mundelein has began to flourish. Many corperations have made their way into this suburb, such as Staples, TJ Max (and more), the amazing SUPER Target, White Castle, Pay Less Shoes, Pier 1 Imports, Fine Liquors, Jimmy Johns, Little Ceasars, Pet Supplies Plus, Home Depot, and Applebee's (which unfortunately had poor service upon its grand opening). It is apparent that Mundelein is booming and should no longer be considered a "bedroom" community." This paragraph seems somewhat biased, especially the comment on Applebee's service. - Drawball - Needs more editors to clean it up, and keep it clean. See Talk:Drawball. The article is one of the worst on Wikipedia, entirely full of unencyclopedic unsourced subtrivia. - According to Arthur Conan Doyle, the author "helped form Portsmouth Football Club, playing as the club's first goalkeeper and occasionally as a right back between 1884 and 1890."
