O compoñente do complemento 6 ou C6 é unha proteína que nos humanos está codificada no xene C6 do cromosoma 5.

O compoñente do complemento 6 é unha proteína implicada nas reaccións do sistema do complemento. É un dos compoñentes do complexo de ataque á membrana que pode inserirse na membrana plasmática de células bacterianas que deben ser detruídas e producir a lise da célula.

As persoas que teñen deficiencia de C6 teñen maior tendencia a adquirir infeccións bacterianas.
